To process an exchange, the customer must send the product to our shipping address at their own cost.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Once worn or washed, items cannot be exchanged.

Once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
Return & Refund Policy

Customers can request a return within 2 days of receiving their parcel.

To initiate a return, the customer must send the parcel back to our shipping address.

After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund will be issued.

Only the price of the dress will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once worn or washed, items cannot be returned or refunded.
