Return & Exchange Policy

At our store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and transparent policy.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their parcel.

  • To process an exchange, the customer must send the product to our shipping address at their own cost.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Once worn or washed, items cannot be exchanged.

  • Once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 2 days of receiving their parcel.

  • To initiate a return, the customer must send the parcel back to our shipping address.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund will be issued.

  • Only the price of the dress will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Once worn or washed, items cannot be returned or refunded.

Important Notes

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
