  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order value.


Delivery Information

  • NimShah is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient.

  • Courier may contact you before delivery for confirmation.


Order Tracking

Delays & Issues

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • NimShah is not responsible for such delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.


Failed Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

  • Claims made after this time may not be accepted.
